This was my first time ever ordering anything online. I am a 17 year old girl and this is my senior prom, i bought this dress for the occasion,. this dress fits PERFECTLY. its even more beautiful in person. it needs to be taken in a little bit on my bust area but no big deal, This was the best online experience ive ever had. they even emailed me telling me that my dress had been shipped, they also gave me a tracking number and i followed it all the way to my front door. My dress even arrived a day early. i was neverous at first (considering all the bad reviews) & i am so happy that i ignored them and took the risk IT WAS SO WORTH IT. i would have never found a dress my size, and at this price ANYWHERE in the united states. and this beautiful of course! i am extremely satisfied and i will definatly be ordering my next dress at JenJenHouse. thank you so much JenJenHouse. com you have honestly helped make make this the best night ever!

I bought this dress and received it today, I love it, there's only TWO things that i'm not 100% on but I can get it fixed easily, the zip gets stuck at a certain spot and it's a tad too big from the measurements I had, but as I said I can get it fixed, other than a few loose strands of cotton, it's a perfect dress.

You are not the one to decide for me if the dress is nice or not! And actually I don´t care if they spent day and night making the dress, cause it wasn´t what I ordered! I can´t believe that you are being so difficult about this!!!
I can´t believe I´m saying this but I can agree on getting back 50% of the dress and shoe value. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAS A TOTAL WAIST OF MONEY FOR ME SINCE I COULDN´T WEAR THE DRESS NOR THE SHOES CAUSE THEY BOTH LOOKED LIKE A JOKE.
