i was confused by" hollow to the floor"and also what should i pay attention to when i measure?

I have noticed a dress like this listed under the same number that is totally different and it has put me off. Have to understand that with money being spent on a wedding dress there is no room for mistake.

Hello, thank you for the answers to my previous questions on other dresses. We are still trying to decide on a dress for my daughter's formal (prom) in May, so we will make a decision and order tomorrow (or as soon as I have answers to my questions).
Do you have a picture of this wedding dress in pink? Is it a nice pale pink (I am guessing it is)? Do you have close up of the beading (it looks wonderful)
Can we trust the sizes you give? I have measured my daughter and she is EXACTLY the measurements of a size 8 (except for slightly smaller hips which would not matter). She is 171cm tall and have found some dresses too short, plus she wants to wear 6 inch heels. Should I get the dress custom size with a longer measurement for the hollow to floor to allow for an extra 3-4 inches for her heels?
Also, we do not want a train on the dress, can we get the style made without a train? Would you recommend this?
Do you think you could do all this and have it delivered to Australia by May 4th just in case we need some alterations?

What does it mean when it says "hollow to the floor" where does that measurement start from?

Thank you for the pictures, however, it is not the same in the back as the dress pictured online. The beadwork in the back of the dress online comes together in the back. There is no separation, and the beadwork looks darker grey. Is it possible to get the dress made exactly like the one in the picture online?

I am interested in this dress. Can you send me a close up picture of the bead work? Also, I see that you will make the dress a custom size. I am 4'11" is it possible to make it an appropriate length for me and can it be changed to a floor length hem rather than a chapel train?

I am conscious of my arms ... Can 3/4 chiffon sleeves be put on this dress? or can you suggestwhere I can buy a chiffon shrug/wrap/jacket for this dress.
Also how can I view the dress in ivory and champagne colours.
