How to measure
Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; Do not measure over other clothing. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack. You may want to consider getting professionally measured.
Bust
*This is not your bra size!
*Wear a bra
*Relax arms at sides
*Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
Waist
*Find the natural waist
*This is the smallest part of the waist
*Usually about 1 in. above belly button
*Keep tape slightly loose to
allow for breathing room
Hips
*Find the widest part of the hips
*Usually about 7 in. below natural waist
*Tape should brush across both hipbones
Shoulder
Shoulder - From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.
Hollow to Floor (Bare Foot)
*Stand straight with feet together
*Measure in bare feet
*Begin at the hollow space
between the collarbones and
pull tape straight down to the floor
*To fit high heels, we’ll add

I am about a size 16-18 and ordered this ruffled organza dress thinking the rouching would be good to smooth out my figure. I had it custom ordered to my measurments, but due to the volume of the organza ruffles, I look 20lbs heavier and very boxy. I will have to take this dress to a seamstress to see if they can salvage it and fix the "custom sizing". Ladies, keep in mind the extra charges.I had to pay an additional $47 in duties on top of the $131 for the dress and shipping. I do feel that I got my moneys worth on this purchase. Hopefully I don't have to pay a lot more for tailoring too. I don't think I would recommend this style. I highly doubt that I will order from here again.

Hi Mbuyi, generally your time is OK with us. It usually takes 10 to 12 days to make the dress since you place an order. And we need another 5 to 6 days to make the delivery by expedited shipping, 5 to 9 days by standard shipping and 15 to 30 days by super saver shipping.
