How to measure
Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; Do not measure over other clothing. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack. You may want to consider getting professionally measured.
Bust
*This is not your bra size!
*Wear a bra
*Relax arms at sides
*Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
Waist
*Find the natural waist
*This is the smallest part of the waist
*Usually about 1 in. above belly button
*Keep tape slightly loose to
allow for breathing room
Hips
*Find the widest part of the hips
*Usually about 7 in. below natural waist
*Tape should brush across both hipbones
Shoulder
Shoulder - From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.
Hollow to Floor (Bare Foot)
*Stand straight with feet together
*Measure in bare feet
*Begin at the hollow space
between the collarbones and
pull tape straight down to the floor
*To fit high heels, we’ll add
an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized
floor-length dresses and dresses with trains
Height
* Stand straight with feet together
* Measure in bare feet
* Begin at the top of the head and
pull tape straight down to the floor

I ordered this dress with the custom measurements on April 24 and the dress arrived on May 9th. It fits like a dream and is so well made! I took it to my cleaner to have it steamed as it had a few wrinkles from the shipping. The seamstress there said it looks like a very expensive dress and she would think it about $600 US. I am thrilled. I am going to have the seamstress make a bustle for the sweep train which is a bit longer than what it appears on the model on the website. I recommend JenJenHouse and all 5 of my bridesmaids are also ordering their gowns from them! I am also referring them to everyone I know especially because there are a few negative comments on an alternative website, which could scare people away! Also my mother got her mother of bride dress from Jen Jen and was thrilled!
