i recently message this site about some issues with sizing on my dress as it was way too big, and they message me back with a reply saying that i can received 25% of the money back for the sizing fault, but in the return policy it states i can get 50% back because of right now i cannot wear the dress and it is hard for this design for a tailor who is willing to take this in. this is what i sent.
i undersand what you are saying about custom size but when i measured myself the measurement for the standard size 6 was perfect, if i was to custom order the dress the measurement i was to give would be exactly the same a the standard size 6, since the design if the dress has beading until the very side and its is material is ruching it will be harder to take in the dress, i was going to ask for a refund but on your site is say i can get a 50% refund if the measurement were wrong, i hope you understand what i am saying i have the formal event coming up soon and want it to be perfect, i don't want to worry about how the dress will fit.
i will be having many more formal events as the end of the year goes by because this is my last year of school, and we have many different formal event i need dress for i hope to order from you again because for the quality of the dress was good, just this time the sizing was wrong. i hope i can get my refund =)

Hello! Exactly the sizes was right and i just wanted buy a dress to my dauther because she is getting engagement party.So she measure brest,waist and pelvis in sm.So i put the sizes in your site in sm and they became in inch.My daughter is 16 so maybe thats why sizes seems small.I hope so much that you will not cancel the order because daughter's engagement is so close and she is waiting so much the dress.So should we wait the dress and other things or the order already closed and we need reserve it again?
