How to measure
Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; Do not measure over other clothing. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack. You may want to consider getting professionally measured.

*This is not your bra size!
*Wear a bra
*Relax arms at sides
*Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust

*Find the natural waist
*This is the smallest part of the waist
*Usually about 1 in. above belly button

im really pleased with the dress. i ordered it in royal blue and i am a UK size 8. I thought i would risk ordering the size 2 on the chart and the dress fits really well!
the detailed gem- like biit of the dress is slightly different, however still nice! i think it is great that it has a built in bra and also a strap to keep the dress up- which supprisingly isnt mentioned in the description
my only criticism is that i dont like how at the side of the dress, the chiffon material is sown onto the under part. however this is not a big deal and the dress is still nice

My order is custom made as I am a size 00. The dress arrived earlier than I had expected and the fits is exactly as what I have measured!
The make is fantastic and cutting is true to the photos above. There is an extra hook inside the dress to "hold" the dress up and prevents it from slipping down (refer to the second photo below)...how ingenious! The embellishing differs slightly from the photos above but its equally gorgeous! :)
Material: 9/10 ...the bra padding/inserts could have been thicker.
Fit: 10/10 - sizing is true.
Customer Service: 10/10. The staffs were very patient in assuring me as I am a first time customer and wearing it for a very important and prestigious event!

I ordered a size 10 and aside from having to have the dress altered (still in progress) as it was quite big. I am happy that I ordered from JenJenHouse and not only have I saved money but I was able to purchase a dress in the colour that I wanted and not in the standard, black, red or blue that is only ever available in Australian Stores.

Chiffon is a woven fabric, transparent, and tends to hang straight down, like it was flowing. Chiffon is see-through much like tulle but has a tighter weave and is therefore, more dense. Hope this information helps.
