I really want to buy the dress. But before i place the order, we want to make sure that whether you can make dress with regular straps.

We have consulted our dress makers and it is OK to make the change. It will take extra $15. When you place the order, please write down the straps you need as well as the width of the straps in the Special Instructions column at the bottom of the checkout page and we will know.

As for the extra fee, please go to http://www.JenJenHouse.com/Special-Customization-Service-g4044, fill 15 in the quantity column and click “add to cart” in order to pay the customization fee. You may simply order it with your dress together.

Sorry but we are unable to change the fabrics for you. Please understand that satin and taffeta fabrics are two totally different kinds of fabrics. Once the fabric changes, the whole outlook of the dress will also change. We highly suggest you keep the original design and fabric which will present its beauty best.

We suggest you consider about some dresses which are originally made of stain if you do like it.
