This dress is very nice. Well made an d a very classy, elegant cut. The only disappointment is that the material shown in the picture looks like a satin, whereas
the dress itself is made in a taffeta. The decryption says taffeta, but I thought maybe this was a mistake as the picture was so shiny. Nonetheless, it is lovely.

Sorry but we are unable to change the fabrics for you. Please understand that taffeta and charmeuse fabrics are two totally different kinds of fabrics. Once the fabric changes, the whole outlook of the dress will also change. We highly suggest you keep the original design and fabric which will present its beauty best.

We suggest you consider about some dresses which are originally made of charmeuse if you do like it.

We are sorry but the piece of fabric in red color can not be changed into other colors since all the swatches are in mass production. Customers can feel the texture of the material through the piece of fabric. Each fabric swatch has all the 28 colors and you may simply check all the colors in it. Hope it is ok with you.

Hi there, I love the look of this dress and am considering ordering 3 for my bridesmaids. However, I'm very concerned with the following statement on your 'about us' page "JenJenHouse has mass production and cheap labor force, so the products it provides are at low prices". Can you reassure me that the people who make the dresses aren't being exploited for the sake of us being able to buy cheaper clothes? (i.e. they receive a living wage which is above the mimimum requirements, don't work excessive hours, have completed school, have safe working conditions etc.). Any specific information or policies you could provide me with would be greatly appreciated. Are your factories in the US? If so, what state(s) are they in, and if not, what country(s) are they in?
