How to measure
Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; Do not measure over other clothing. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack. You may want to consider getting professionally measured.
Bust
*This is not your bra size!
*Wear a bra
*Relax arms at sides
*Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
Waist
*Find the natural waist
*This is the smallest part of the waist
*Usually about 1 in. above belly button
*Keep tape slightly loose to
allow for breathing room
Hips
*Find the widest part of the hips
*Usually about 7 in. below natural waist
*Tape should brush across both hipbones
Shoulder
Shoulder - From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.
Hollow to Floor (Bare Foot)
*Stand straight with feet together
*Measure in bare feet
*Begin at the hollow space
between the collarbones and
pull tape straight down to the floor
*To fit high heels, we’ll add
an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized

The customer service from this website is incredible! Every question that I asked was answered within 24 hours, often within an hour. I scoured the dresses for months before finally deciding on this simple design. Very happy with the shipping time and constant contact/updates from JenJenHouse. The dress itself is obviously well made. I feel that it's slightly too large for me, even with custom measurements, but I could have measured incorrectly or even lost weight... the drawstring back allows for it to be adjusted though. The inbuilt bra is of good quality. Other then that I am very happy with my purchase. I would 100% recommend this site-you will not be disappointed in the quality of the product, and the prices cannot be beaten! I will try it on again and post some pictures soon.

J'ai fait venir la robe sur mesure, pour la différence de prix s'en vaut la peine. Elle me fait comme un gant, de plus grâce au dos lacé, je n'aurai pas besoin de retouche pour le grand jour! Le seul hic qui est a prévoir, c'est les frais de dédouanage, ça m'a couté 72$ de plus pour avoir ma robe. Par contre, je n'aurai pas pu avoir cette qualité pour ce prix près de chez moi. Vraiment elle est magnifique, je vous la recommande!

Really lovely work; arrived carefully packaged and quicker than expected. Quite a complicated bodice but lined and edged very well. Fits perfectly, with no unwanted bunching or uneven tugging along the cures.Quite long upon arrival to allow for it to be tailored for choice of shoes.I'm so happy with it, thank you!!

Are you able to make your dresses without the trains or would it ruin the fall of the dress? If they can't be made without the train, are there any ankle length dresses you could recommend?
