How to measure
Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; Do not measure over other clothing. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack. You may want to consider getting professionally measured.
Bust
*This is not your bra size!
*Wear a bra
*Relax arms at sides
*Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
Waist
*Find the natural waist
*This is the smallest part of the waist
*Usually about 1 in. above belly button
*Keep tape slightly loose to
allow for breathing room
Hips
*Find the widest part of the hips
*Usually about 7 in. below natural waist
*Tape should brush across both hipbones
Shoulder
Shoulder - From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.
Hollow to Floor (Bare Foot)
*Stand straight with feet together
*Measure in bare feet
*Begin at the hollow space
between the collarbones and
pull tape straight down to the floor
*To fit high heels, we’ll add
an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized
floor-length dresses and dresses with trains

I was very happy with this dress which fit very true to size except it was quite long and required hemming.i look elegant after wearing it.

I see the dress is made of chiffon,would you please tell me how many layers of the dress?

As for the fabrics of this dress, the outside of it is made of chiffon. But under it, we will add a layer of charmeuse. Such a design will make the dress not see through. In this case, this dress will be totally three layers, including the lining inside.

We have stated this at our product page that The dress does not include any accessories in the picture, such as wraps, gloves, veil, handbag, etc. You are supposed to pay for the wrap separately if you like it. However, as you can see from the picture, the wrap and the dress do match perfectly together. And considering the affordable price of the wrap, it is really worthy to keep both.
Customers will be asked to choose whether you need the wrap when you order the dress. You may simply choose "Yes'' when you place the order. Then we will prepare the wrap together with the dress for you. Please see attached picture showing where to choose this.
