I bought this kind of dress (022004400) from you in yellow and I really love it, it's so beautiful and thank you for it.
I wore it twice and took it to the dry cleaner"s to avoid any damages on the dress.
To my biggest surprise I noticed that the nylon fishing line that you used to finish the upper material and make it so beautifully curly, came out at several places and the material lenghtened here and there.

I would like to ask you if it is possible to send it back to you and ask you for some mending?

If yes, how much would it cost and how can I arrange for the delivery?

Sorry that we don't have more pictures of the dress now as it's new arrival. It takes about 10 days to make the dress from scratch.
The shipping time also differs in shipping methods. The fastest shipping - expedited shipping takes 3-6 days for the shipment. The standard shipping takes 6-9 days. The super saver shipping takes 15-20 days for the shipment.

You can place the order at least one month ahead of the wedding. The sooner you place an order, the sooner we start preparing your dress.

Wenn Sie bestellt haben können Sie im Feld für Kommentare bei der Bestellung einfach die Länge vom Schlüsselbein bis zum Saumen des Kleides angeben und wir werden dies dann so an unsere Schneider weiterleiten. Sie können mir nach Ihrer Bestellung auch gerne ein Email zukommen lassen, dann kümmere ich mich persönlich darum. Bitte messen Sie die Länge ganz genau aus, von der Mitte Ihres Schlüsselbeins bis zum Saumen des Kleides (so lang Sie es gern hätten).
